DOA & Refund Policy

We only ship to the Continental United States.

 

IMPORTANT: Your fish will be shipped out on the listed Next Shipping Date posted above ONLY IF you order before the prior Friday. Any orders made ON or AFTER that Friday will be shipped out on the next available shipping date. This is because the fish need to fast before shipping for their safety.

 

DOA (Dead on Arrival) Policy:

Wicked Bettas has a live-arrival guarantee. If your fish arrives dead, please take CLEAR pictures of your fish within its SEALED ORIGINAL SHIPPING BAG within 2 HOURS of delivery and email it to support@wickedbettas.com


We will refund the price of the fish for DOA cases, but shipping is non-refundable. 


If the fish dies after being released into your tank, or if it dies outside of the 2 hour window after delivery, no refund will be given. 


If you choose a shipping method that takes 4 days or more, the live-arrival guarantee is voided and no refund will be given if the fish arrives dead.


It is common for your fish to be pale and show stress stripes after they have been shipped, since shipping can be stressful for them. After they have adjusted to their new tank, their color should return to normal. If you feel your fish is in poor health, outside of pale coloration, please take CLEAR pictures of your fish within its SEALED ORIGINAL SHIPPING BAG within 2 HOURS of delivery and email it to support@wickedbettas.com

Keep in mind that a betta may be pale until it has settled into its tank. If its coloration has brightened and you still feel you have received the wrong fish, please email CLEAR photos of your fish to support@wickedbettas.com as well as the name the fish had in its listing.

Important: If you purchase a fish with the marble gene, they may change color and no longer look like their listing photo. We assure you that you will receive the fish listed.
